Although I wasn't alone in this and could not have possibly pulled it off

without others........who ultimately went into hiding leaving me holding the bag

and total blame..........thereby causing me to be the target of multiple

circuit court cases held in by the crooked/rigged Florida legal system in the

wrong jurisdictional courts for five years.

 

In the end I became well educated in Florida law by the school of " hard

knocks " . I actually thanked one of the adversarial lawyers for causing me to

learn Florida law...... which of course he denied having anything to do with.

 

In the end it cost me less than $10,000 for the multiple circuit court cases

and 3 Appellate court cases because I FIRED my lawyer for cause (fraud and

malpractice)....while the attacking side won an empty victory while losing

upwards of $750,000.00 in legal fees.

 

The organization that attacked me should have been out of business right

from the beginning but it didn;t happen..... and that's why it is clear that it

was the " system " behind them..........who had to eat all those lost legal

fees. At least we all know who we were dealing with. I doubt they will try that

routine again.

 

Yes....it would be nice for other states to take a look at the Acupuncture

Statute and the Acupuncture Administrative Codes as a guideline. I suspect that

the language could always be improved upon.

 

And now that the heat of those battles are over..........current work has a

cerjtain entertainment value while still working to protect the profession

here.
