Guest guest
Perhaps you are talking about extra point " Di Jia " ? I was introduced to this point name at Matt Callison's neck/shoulder workshop... have also found it extremely useful for neck pain & TOS patients. According to Callison's " Motor Point Index " book, Di Jia is 1 cun posterior and superior to SI16. It is used to release the Middle or Posterior Scalene, or the Levator Scapula, depending on needling direction. There is also another extra point nearby called " Jing Bi " 0.5 lateral to LI17 which can be used to release the Anterior Scalene. ~edith -- Edith Chan, L.Ac.
