Guest guest Posted June 30, 2008 Report Share Posted June 30, 2008 Hello folks, I am a newly licensed LAc (30yrs experience as a CRNA) and have a few really basic questions that need answering before I hang out my shingle. I'm in western upstate NY. What is the generally accepted length of time for initial visit; for follow up visit? What is a reasonable charge for each in this area? I am signed up with the major insurance providers in the area but I have no idea what they pay for each,,,and what I charge for co pay. Please forgive my naievite in these areas.
