I have a patient with extensive scarring. He cannot tolerate needles near the

scars. He got

the scars 10 years ago so they are pretty entrenched.

Is there anything he can apply topically that will help?

I use Resinall K from Health Concerns for scarring. Moves the Qi around the

scar, so as in other Chinese medicine will heal more than the scar. Over time

the physical appearance of the scar should change.

Plant details: Botanical name Helichrysum italicum /France/flowers

I think that you should also consider Rosa Rubiginosa (Rosa

Mosqueta). Rosa Rubignosa comes from the seed of a Chilean wild rose

called Rosa Mosqueta. Also called rose hip seed oil, it has been used

for centuries by the Andean Indians for healing purposes and skin

care. a websearch ought to get you more info.
