Strengthening the CM profession

 Hi All;

 I am often trying to understand what it is we need as a profession to make us

stronger. I was hoping to get some general input from people on the list.

 On the one hand, I feel a very strong basis in the classics and a commitment

to the fundamental concepts of is essential.

 I have mentioned in the past that internal training may be another

prerequisite to the proper practice of CM.

 Recently I have been considering how powerful networking is - this group for

example. What if we could make this group more specific? What I was imagining

was a referral and consult process involving email/fax/ text message (the txt

msg is a joke). I feel it is very difficult to dig up practitioner's names and

contact information, whereas for western practitioners in north america this

process is relatively easy.

 Any thoughts? Magical software? (I was also looking at CareWeb just now).
