Guest guest
A tragic story here...a friend, early sixties, was finishing up a job (handy man at an apartment complex)one evening was the victim of a hit an run. He woke up on the road after an undertermined amount of time, called 911 and taken to the hospital. He has since lost his short term memory. Workmans comp is fighting his claim, unemployment won't pay out unless he can work but the neurologist's have taken away his drivers license and they are running out of money fast. Other than a long term history of bipolar disorder (which must have been well controlled cause I have known him for years and had no idea)there is no other medical history. I think he would benefit from acupuncture but they don't have the funds to explore it. Are there any Long Island acupucturist that would be willing to take this case pro bono? This man has spent his life helping anyone who needs it, if find it tragic that when HE needs help, no is answering his call. Wishing you wisdom, Randy
