Once an infection has started in the mouth, it spreads very rapidly to the other baby teeth. Do the parents have a history of weak teeth, dentures? There are lots of external care options to consider for long term.. scrubing teeth w/ neem twigs, tooth powder made from natural ingredients such a chalk/clay, myrrh, gan cao, activated charcoal.
