I commonly see patients with pain in the hip region of the gb channel that

is recalcitrant. the common area is along the gb tmm channel: sacrum, psis,

greater troch. head and often radiating distally on the lat. side of the

lower extremity. it is 99.9% one sided pain, typically on the right in

women, but can be on the left, too. it is achy pain, usually w-d-c

bi. i'm wondering about tx ideas you find works well to tx this problem.

thanks in adv,
