Just a reminder to delete most of the previous message when posting a

new message. A few lines of the prior post is all that is necessary.

Some of the text strings in the vegan diet topic are longer than a

small intestine! That makes them difficult to digest. In one case, it

took 60 clicks of the mouse to get through all the code, prior

messages, and assorted junk. Please be considerate to those of us who

receive this group in digest form.
