benign tremors - genetic

Hi, I have a pair of patients (a mother and son) who have asked me if I

can treat benign hand tremors that they have both had since childhood.

 

I would venture to say that this is genetic.

 

I do not really know anything else about them. I realize that this is

not a lot of information.

 

Is there anything we can do for this (or genetic problems in general)??
