I was noticing that in Ayurveda there is a strong emphasis on lifestyle according to your constitution and current imbalance. They place strong emphasis on what kinds of foods to eat, they have specific daily routines, exercises, body cleansing methods, timings for activities, etc. etc. I was wondering if there is much of that with TCM and what would be some resources to learn about TCMs lifestyle recommendations for certain constitutions, imbalances, syndromes.
