I agree that its when we both use our skill to the utmost, AND surrender to that mysterious power greater then us, that miracles can seem to happen. There is a difference I am finding bewteen ardently Wanting a patients recovery, and quielty doing my best and then letting go- it opens t a bigger picture. No letting me off the hook, of course.
