Hey there everyone, thanks for all the responses on scoliosis, very

helpful. Reaffirmed my thoughts on the subject.

I have many people who call and ask about effectiveness of acupuncture for

preparing for surgery/dental work, and helping the body heal afterwords.

Anyone have acupuncture experience with either pre/post surgery, and/or

pre/post dental work? I have 2 folks coming in next month:

1. I have a 13 yr old coming in next month for acupuncture before and after

braces being put on.

2. Woman in mid 50's having polyps removed from her sinus cavities, b/c they

have been causing chronic obstruction and infection. I have treated this

woman before, she is weaker constitution, sp/k def. very thready small

pulse, responds well to acupuncture, but I have to be careful not to do too

much with her. That's all I recall about her at the moment without the

chart here in front of me.

My thoughts thus far are about decreasing inflammation, so moving qi/blood

in local meridians, maybe clearing some heat.
