Guest guest
Have you considered an external dragons treatment. I also have a question to anyone in the group regarding this. Do you locate the points with the patient sitting up then have them lie down or while they are prone? I have seen it done both ways and am always put off by the change in point location. Is it more important to get the right point location on the skin or deeper? --- Janis Egan <janis3934 wrote: > Hi Nam, > > Thank you for your thoughtful response. Guest guest
Petra: I locate the points with the patient sitting up. Insert the needles, then have them lie down on their side. One leg is hanging off the table. I put a blanket in between legs to raise up the one leg a bit. The physically fit can lie face down. It is an acrabatic feat. In the clinic, we would have the patient sit in a chair, facing the table. When we got all the points in (and now the practitioner has to be an acrabat), the patient leans their arms and head over a pillow. It really is pretty comfortable.
