Guest guest
I send thanks to all my kind friends who answered. yes, all received, and i will answer some of Nancy Tice's questions. Again, all of you are too kind. I answer just simply as <<Robb:>> I erased the original letter because its lengthy and it can be seen in archives in messages as it is quoted below. > 5a. Always whether on antibiotics or not, no exceptions. > 2) This person's diet is? Is he eating active cultures? Yoghurt? Robb:Basic macrobiotic: congee, vegetables and some small amount of beef or pork, small amounts of good oils like extravirgin olive or sesame. Nothing hydrogenated and factory made. > The antibiotics probably destroyed all the good flora in his system at BEST > and at worst is giving him c difificile -you said his bowel was aggravated > you didn't mention if he was having bad diarrhea or not. Robb: more constipation than diarrhea. Constipation is the general tendency. > Diet is everything for these people, as is their inner life. I had a patient who >wouldn't leave the house until I worked with her on how to deal with the outside >world Robb: Bingo, you win there. Sergios is exceptionally sensitive in this sense: he does not supress information as much as most people do. All stimulation is a challenge. > and people trying to get her to eat foods she knew she couldn't. Robb: Precisely. Food and other high profile situations, anger, sex, etc., all challenge Sergios. Yes, I agree totally: probiotics. He meditates and does chi kung, which are very, very helpful and rebalance him. He receives adjustments and cranio-sacral work. But then his g.i. tract takes him aside and has a little chat. > > Probiotics!! And does he really really really need all those antibiotics? Robb: actually TCM and other benign therapies are extremely healing, but he is afraid that if an infection is neglected severly, it will erode and scar. The MDs just routinely assign some antibiotic, and he is in the habit of trying to be compliant and then cleaning up after the antibiotic. However, recently, he has reacted to some. I will send in the list of rejejcts. This thread was an effort to avoid telling him to avoid antibiotics totally. No one should think that I am a fanatic, I want to help, and advise Sergios, not order him to stop all antibiotics, and thus place myself in a cult. We all try and be complementary medicine. Thanks Nancy and all you others who were so helpful. Best wishes!
