Hi Y'all

Howdy. I need help fast quick and in a hurry with locating studies conducted

in the US or UK on treating post-stroke paralysis with acupuncture for a patient

and his very skeptical M.D.

Any and all help with websites, journals, cites, etc. will be profoundly

appreciated!

Thanks

Hi Twyla,

Stroke is in the famous WHO list of conditions where acupuncture is

indicated. Here's the full WHO report in pdf format straight from the WHO

website. ( " Acupuncture: review and analysis from controlled clinical

trials " ) Here you can find the studies that gave evidence for acupuncture

efficacy in stroke patients.

whqlibdoc.who.int/publications/2002/9241545437.pdf See p12-13 and p60-61.
