Hi Everyone!

There is a wonderful Master Tong seminar coming up in San Jose, Nov. 3 and

4. The complete seminar information is at the very bottom of this email.

Esther Su will be teaching the methods of diagnosis and treatment using

Master Tong points. How to make a rapid diagnosis and decide what points

will be used to produce a rapid and very effective treatment, internal

medicine and pain. Most of the time she uses 3-6 needles and she has a

way of explaining it that is very clear, so that everyone can understand and

anyone can apply it immediately.

She has studied extensively with Miriam Lee, Dr Young Wei Chieh, Zhu Ming

Qing (scalp) and others..... although I have found that the way she

practices acupuncture as a whole.....is very much to her own findings and

practice. (It doesn't necessarily reflect the exact way Dr Young practices,

or Miriam...etc)

One common question that may come to mind is....

" A lot of people are teaching Master Tong's seminars, how is this

different? "

I would say that the important thing here is that we are learning and

seeing the way that Esther practices acupucture, that is most important.

Her understanding of acupuncture and classics is high level and it reflects

with how she choses points, and how she can refine and shrink it down to

only a few needles, but rapid results. She studied the Master Tong system,

the scalp system and others but when she practices....... she takes the

essence of acupuncture and places a few needles and it works, fast. Right

when needles are placed in, the pulse changes, the tongue changes and the

chief complaint shows a difference. It's really something special to see and

learn.

I have included the seminar and registration information in this email below

and I will send a seperate email with some of my notes from studying with

her. I hope you all can come as it is really going to an awesome seminar.

Thank you!

Peter Yeung.
