Broken leg... TCM therapy, is this a joke ?

I have been working with an MD for more than 5 years. One time,

there was a chief internal Medicine doctor from Memorial Hospital,

introduced by my MD co-worker, wanted me to help him setting up a

Complementary Alternative Medicine Region in his hospital. The plan

was well in verbal and in written progress for 6 months. This chief MD

asked me to find some acupuncturists ( 5 in total ) to help me out in

my CAM department. I found some, most of them did not speak English

fluently. However, there was one that could speak very well.

We used to go to the restaurant 5 times per week for nearly 6 motns

to establish more talks about the administration, experience, and

displayed out knowledge.

One of us exposed himself of his excellency. He said, " I have

designed so many herbal formulas for vaginal shrinkage, and for

dryness. My formulas are at top sales. " Everybody exalted him. But

the MD ignored and did not say a word.

Another day, he said, " Everybody listen here ! I have good news

for everybody and for our patients. I have new formulas that could

heal the broken bones in days. " I went home visiting my aunt in VN,

While I was there she fell down from a bike in an accident and she was

brought to the hospital, a broken bone in her right leg, a horrible

broken bone was X-rayed. After 2 days in a hospital, she was brought

home. Then I started a treatment on her. What I have done, I applied

my herbal patches on her left, her healthy leg. The next two days she

was completely normal. Hey, everybody ! I very am serious !!! I

applied TCM , injured on left , treated it on the right.... When I

asked him what about the case if a patient has a gangrene infection on

left arm, what would you do ? Amputate the right arm ? He quickly

replied, " Oh! No. " I will use my formulas to applied on the

healthy right arm! This will heal the right arm without touching it.

After this story , everybody laughed. The chief MD and I had no

comments but felt so disappointed internally. Beyond this case, The

chief MD cancelled the deal in the hospital and I had never seen or

heard from him again, for I have seen what was on his mind.......... I

feel so embarrass.

 

EVERYBODY !!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS THE TRUE, BUT THIS MAN

STILL SAYING THAT IS HIS TECHNIQUE.............

 

HOw do we TCM feel if this acupuncturist talks like this without

explanation ?????????????????? This is a true story.
