Guest guest
Hi yehuda, have you found that this desensitization method you are using is effective for inhalent allergens as well....i.e. dust, animal dander, pollens, etc? I am receiving NAET currently, and have mixed feelings about it. I have heard enthusiastic results from many people I have spoken too, which is why I am persuing studying it a bit more. Am going to a seminar at the end of this month. Looked at the bioset website too. Interesting, but not much info on what her all system is about. all the best to you all, > I was generally unenthusiastic about NAET, as those I had spoken to had indicated that the results were only temporary. Ellen Cutler, DC, who developed Bioset, is into all kinds of other stuff such as EAV testing and enzymes, which I have little interest in, but the idea of auto-immune dysfunction manifesting as reactivity to one's own blood struck a chord with me. Basically I read her first book, The Food allergy cure, and though I found most of it to be oriented to lay people and quite boring, when she indicated that she reimforced the desensitization, by pressing on specific acupuncture points, I asked myself, " well why not just needle those points in rapid succession, instead? " My result has been nothing short of amazing. Also, BTW, I find it interesting that generally the body will not hold a desensitization to something that is an unhealthy food. > > All the best, > > Yehuda > >
Guest guest
Hi , Yes I have. When the patient holds a sample of their blood (which about 95% of people are reactive to!), along with a sample of the the allergen, be it dust, dander or pollen, the process has worked equally well. One other caveat that I should mention, though: It seems that the body needs time to adjust. Therefore, with foods or environmentals, I tell them to keep the sample from which they have been desensitized close to their body for 24 hours, and their blood for seven days. During that 24 hours period, I instruct them to completely avoid coming in contact with the reactive substance. By doing that, it seems to hold much better. If you are interested, forget about her website, buy her book, " The Food Allergy Cure: A New Solution To Food Cravings, Obesity, Depression, Headaches, Arthritis, And Fatigue " I read the first edition published in 2001, and like I say, found most of it worthless, EXCEPT, when she goes through the process of desensitization, and for that, everything else was worth it. I don't know what she changed in later editions. After you read it, if I can help you to learn how I do it, it would be my pleasure to teach you. All the best, Yehuda wrote: Hi yehuda, have you found that this desensitization method you are using is effective for inhalent allergens as well....i.e. dust, animal dander, pollens, etc? Guest guest
I have received BIOSET and it was incredibly powerful. Everything has continued to hold, 6 years later. My acupuncturist in Maryland actually performed it all on me and at the time, did explain the NAET and the problems with it holding. I did have to make dietary changes and did get all the chemicals out of my home, but it was truely amazing!
