Guest guest Posted July 30, 2007 Report Share Posted July 30, 2007 Hi All i wanted to cosult with you about a new patient i have in my clinic. a 73 year old man, obese, suffering from diabetes and hi blood pressure. his main complaint is numbness at the five feet toes on bouth legs. he his suffering from edema on bouth legs as well and it is quite clear it is from kidney deficency. the feet feels warm to the paitints and when i touched it, it felt a little warm to me as well. he makes urine very often while the day. no other simptoms. the pulse is slippery and the tongue is pale, little red, and stikky only in the root of it. he didnt brought me his medical tests but his GP said it is not comming from the low back althou he have LBP and that it has a neural source. i punctured the following points: kid7+kid10 the resolve edema and damp sp6 to resolve damp LI4 to clear the heat SP1,LIV1,ST45,GB44,BL67 as local points. i have only done one treatment untill now but i am not so sure about it so i would like to cosult with you thanks avishay P.S the numbness can reach the spring points of the yang channels as well so the spring points can be considerd as local points as well Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
