Hi Tom,

From what I've read and researched, this is quite good for the TCM field. Do

you have more than one treatment room? How long do you spend with each patient?

Thanks,

Trish

Hi Trish,

I know people that see >150 people per week, all by themselves. Of course

they work long days (so do I sometimes).

Most of the people in Belgium have the patients in their clinic for 1h. I

also work within that time frame, but I have three rooms, two of which I am

using now. I probably spend some 25 mins with each patient, perhaps a little

more on the first visit.

My clinic is quite large (150m2) and I have two floors (each 110m2) that I

can also start using if I would want to. I am working out of my house, which

I really love. At noon I close the door of the clinic to enter the kitchen

where my wife lovingly prepares fantastic Cantonese food : ) A big house

also means a big mortgage so I know why I am working these long days : )

However, I must say that I truly love my job. Thanks to all of you posting

to lists like these. They help me transform and improve my practice. Thank

you,

Tom.
