Guest guest
Dear friends, I have some bonuses for all of you. I have been specialized in sinusitis for years, for I had been a victim for more than 18 years , going through all kinds of treatments, but nothing was help. Eventhough I had been catherized, after 3 months, the problem returned. Other herbs and acupuncture treatments after awhile of treatments , it got worse. I've worked with several MDs and shared this experience with them and taught them how.......... I thought we should not share anything with them. This is only for us to earn a living. Sinusitis, stuffy nose all day long...... no other symptoms. But my pulses were thready and rapid , tongue was normal pink. The only successful treatments, 19 out of 20, Choose S36 and stimulate it until the patient noses open up. It takes only 15 sec - 1 minute. No other points should be chosen!!! The nostrils should be open instantly. Wait for a few seconds, close the patient's noses make sure they are breathing without blockage. Be sure! And remove the needle. To stop it permanently, give your patient Bu Zhong Yi Qi tang. If there is running nose, stop it first. Ask the patient to take ginger root ( 6-8 slice ), chop them up and put in a cup, fill it with hot water and add 1 tps of honey, stir up completely and drinking while it is hot. After taking this cup for 10 -15 minutes, the nostrils should be dried up, mucus or phlegm in the lung should also be dried up. Spit it out....... You are done ! GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Dear Pete, The mucus or phlegm will be condensed after taking ginger root and honey. This is the formula for drying up the damp " dirty fluid " in the body. If it does not dry up itself, its drink is probably too weak, add more slice of ginger roots as needed......... To dry the body fluids, we need some warm herbs. Honey is neutral , ginger root is warm. But both have the antibiotic properties, this is the reason I used to eliminate running nose. Western medicine believes this is some kinds of bacterial invasion or allergic condition. No matter what they see, I see them as our immune system deficiency, our wei-qi is not strong enough to expell the allergens and or micro-organisms. However, it works every time. After this we may support our system with Bu Zhong Y Qi Wan, to make more money and a sure thing to make Chest Qi " Middle Qi " stronger. GOOD LUCK !!! ______________________________\ ____ Got a little couch potato? Guest guest
Two words: Neti Pot That, and a box of non-iodized Canning & Pickling Salt (cost me $1.29 plus tax, will last months). All the years I spent dealing with tonsillitus, teeth issue, phlegm, sneezing... Gone. I am sure teeth brushing - like regular bathing - was seen with the same initial distrust as nasal irrigation. Nor can anyone make a whole lot of money off of it. But I highly recommend it, and the improved breathing (I sing) makes me look forward to it. Be sure the water is warm - not too hot or too cold. Experiment with the amount of salt to get the right amount for you.

Guest guest
Lee, Post nasal drip is a different form of allergy, this drip comes from the brain not from the sinuses, not a common cold. I do not know if it works. We may try. If it works, it takes only 15 minutes. And if we increase the dosage we will see, increase only ginger root not honey. Post nasal drip must be moxa at G20 or UB10 until it stops dripping. This deactivates the drainage system. GB20, the wind-gate, moxa at this point will activate and strengthen this gate. The result should be instant, within 5-10 minutes. Plus the formula above can be taken. The ancient method is moxa at Du22 or Du 23, but I had never tried. Do not apply too many points, you may be disappointed. Choose either one. GOOD LUCK !!! --- acudoc <acudoc wrote: > Does this work for patients with post nasal drip? > > Lee > > > > _____ > > Chinese Medicine > Chinese Medicine > On Behalf Of > dr_namnguyen58 > Saturday, July 07, 2007 11:46 AM > Chinese Medicine > Anyone interesting in treating > Sinusitis ??????????? > > > > Dear friends, > > I have some bonuses for all of you. > I have been specialized in sinusitis for years, for > I had been a > victim for more than 18 years , going through all > kinds of treatments, > but nothing was help. Guest guest
Nam, I think I'm with sinusitis now. Could you tell me how often I should drink the preparation? Guest guest
Dear Fernando, I do not know what is the cause of your sinusitis. It may be related to Yangming channel. For this, S 36 should be tonify or and with moxa. This is good enough. You may use Bu Zhong Y Qi Wan ........ small pills ( 8 , 2x/ day ).......... For you take 20 -30 pills each time, 2x / day. If effective, only 2 - 3 days is good enough........ After the 1st dosage, you should immediately feel better in 15 min............ Good luck ! Depending upon TCM pattern, choose from: Cooling ones - yarrow, German chamomile, peppermint. Benefit the Lung ones - various of the eucalyptus, also Spike Lavender, and others rich in cineoles Qi tonifying ones - Red Thyme [warning, this one is hot-as, and will irritate mucous membranes if used in too high a percentage] Definitely consult a qualified aromatherapist for doses and methods of administration, and/or get a good book. Inhalation of volatile vapors of specific medicinal essential oils to address conditions which involve breathing and the breath is curiously under-utilised in TCM practice. Guest guest
I find saline washes to be helpful in the long term. Using a neti pot with a saline solution to wash out built up pathogens seems to help. When my clients balk at that, I suggest instilling just a few drops of warm saliene into each nostril before a shower to loosen accumulated debri, then tell them to gently and repeatedly blow nose to remove the dried stuff. I practice in a Arizona, and dried dust, pollen and pollution give a great medium for growth of pathogens, as well as block off convolutions of the passages that then fester. Guest guest
We make a powder snuff called Bing Lian San. It is made from equal parts of powdered Huang Lian, Bing Pian and Xin Yi Hua. (Don't used powdered extracts) You take the tiniest bit and snuff it. It is very clearing and refreshing. We use it for chronic or acute sinusitis. This can be full and stuffy or dry and painful. When I was teaching in Albuquerque, some students with dry aching sinuses tried it and it immediately started to loosen the sinus up and the mucous started to flow. Very relieving. The recipe is from the Mclean and Lyttleton book Clinical Handbook of Internal Medicine, Vol. I. Page 241. They got it from the Zhong Yi Er Bi Hou Ke Xue (TCM Textbook of Ear, Nose and Throat). We don't sell it but it's easy to make.
