Guest guest
Kombucha is becoming quite a popular drink these days, with multiple brands available at stores. There are quite a few claims as to its medicinal properties and its historical use, but it is hard to wade through the marketing hype to find factual information. Does anyone know if it has been written about in Chinese classical literature? What is its name in pinyin? What are the herbal properties, entering channels, functions, etc? Contraindications? Thank you in advance, David M. Lesseps
