Guest guest
A mix of heli and a touch of rose oil should help a lot, in a rich Vit.E base. C-M
Guest guest
Regarding the scars, how old can they be and still be removed? I got the heli and rose seed oil from Butch and am applying it, but my scars are more than fifteen years old. Is that too old, or will it just take longer? tia, Sandra
Guest guest
thanks so much, and would that work on stretch marks? Your bikini comments made me wonder. Butch Owen [butchbsi] Thursday, March 03, 2005 5:46 PM Scars I can't honestly answer the above .. I think it would depend on too many variable. I do know .. however .. of a lady who says she is satisfied with the reduction on a scar she had just below her navel .. it was over ten years old and she wanted to wear a bikini. -- Version: 7.0.308 / Virus Database: 266.6.0 - Release Date: 3/2/2005

Anne, Have you found this effective for old / estalbished scars? I know it to be quite effective for skin lesions, esp. fresh, in healing them and avoiding scarring, but not that much with old ones. Guest guest
Dear Fiamma, I would agree with Anne, Resinall K is a very effective topical for scars. Wheat germ oil, fresh Aloe Vera, and Vitamin E are also effective. The only potential issues with WG oil and E are rancidity or potential hypersensitive reactivity. Guest guest
Do you recommend these for old scars as well as new? Or are they better for prevention? Guest guest
If you are looking to eradicate the scars, finding a massage therapist who does lymph drainage therapy and is trained in scar release work would be even better. I have been able to get scars down to a barely visable hairline and the redness also disappears. It works immediately and not the 6-8 weeks for for the ointments, which are not always effecttive. You can find a referral on the Upledger website.Judith: l_meyerson1: Mon, 18 Jun 2007 11:07:29 -0700Re: scars Do you recommend these for old scars as well as new? Or are they better for prevention? Guest guest
I have found it (Resinall K) effective for both new and old scars. When I learned about this herb, it was from Thea Elijah, who saw it as healing internal scars as well. There can be emotional trauma behind scarring, e.g breast scars after cancer removal. Other scars may have no trauma attached. Use the intention according to the patient.
