Guest guest
Just wanted to point out something of IMPORTANCE when taking bromelain. First of all, some people are allergic to pineapple. If they are, they should not take bromelain. Second, for those who aren't allergic to pineapple, be careful anyway. It can cause indigestion if not taken with food. Guest guest
In order for bromelain to work as an anti-inflammatory it must be taken on an empty stomach. If it bothers you, you need to try other forms of protease enzymes--- On Tue, 11/18/08, jlkinkona <josephine wrote: jlkinkona <josephine Re: Neck Arteries blocking (bromelain) Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2008, 12:04 AM Just wanted to point out something of IMPORTANCE when taking bromelain..First of all, some people are allergic to pineapple.
