Just wanted to point out something of IMPORTANCE when taking bromelain.

First of all, some people are allergic to pineapple. If they are, they

should not take bromelain. Second, for those who aren't allergic to

pineapple, be careful anyway. It can cause indigestion if not taken

In order for bromelain to work as an anti-inflammatory it must be taken on an empty stomach. If it bothers you, you need to try other forms of protease enzymes--- On Tue, 11/18/08, jlkinkona <josephine wrote:
