Guest guest
1) it is now considered better to brush teeth with a plain soap 2) The first diet has far too many wheat products in - not enough fresh veges or fruits 3) The second diet has the advantage of no milk 4) I have no idea what is in kool aid - but for some people it might be better than milk 5) In my experience - brushing and diet have little to do with teeth health - amazing though it may sound - my daughter refused to brush her teeth as a child and teenager, her husband brushed after every meal all his childhood - he has a mouth full of fillings and my daughter has only one. My daughter has a flaw along the top of her teeth produced by severe illness aged 2 in the development stage of the teeth and still only has one filling. You can never tell what governs health and the health of the teeth - some people say that tooth health has to do with lifestyle, with how one uses one's mouth in speech, others say that the neck tension causes more tooth problems that any other factor. It appears to be a much more complex situation than at first glance. Whether or not diet and hygiene can help depends on the genetic make-up of the tooth itself - nothing much else seems to help.
