Lose Weight-Flip and Rotate

Here is a sure fire way to lose those pounds,

the adipose cells that you'd prefer not to have

hanging around anymore.

 

 

1. Do not eat breakfast

 

2. Eat a pastry or a white flour-ish, sugary mid morning snack,

while drinking lots of caffeine.

 

3. When the blood sugar plummet hits from the above eat sugary

snacks or smoke cigarettes to quell the lethargy and sleepiness.

 

4. Eat a big white flour bread sub or sandwich with mayonnaise

or high fat meat.

 

5. Instead of above just skip lunch.

 

6. Do not drink lots of water.

 

7. Go the rest of the day with little to no food, drink lots

of coffee or soda.

 

8. When you get home, starving, eat whatever is available in

the fridge and then continue snacking until you go to bed.

 

9. Eat right before you go to bed.

 

 

Sound weird?

Flip and Rotate 1 - 9.

 

1. Eat a healthy breakfast (push past the illusion that you

don't have time.)

 

2. Have fruit and veggies available for snacking through the

morning and mid morning lull.

Drink as much water as you can.

 

3. Nourish your cells with live healthy food and snacks.

 

4. Avoid white flour, sugar, high fat meat and fried foods.

Choose nourishing whole wheat, light protein, and fish lunches.

 

5. Always eat each meal...preferably 6 small ones!

 

6. Drink as much delicious cell hydrating

and cell happy making water.

 

7. Do not go 4 hours without eating a healthy snack--

this revs your metabolism and convinces your cells to

empty the adipose cells!

 

8. Be conscious.

Pace yourself when you arrive home when it comes to food.

Eat small healthy varieties of food, protein is best at night.

Your body is not burning the calories you eat

before bed while you sleep ;)

 

9. Go to be a little hungry.

Grow to appreciate the feeling of mild hunger. Once

you get to know it; it will feel like a friend.

 

 

Flip and Rotate and watch the pointer on the scale go toward the right!
