The subject of using stoneware for baking was brought up in here

recently so I thought I take the opportunity (since today is the 1st)

to let you know that I sell Pampered Chef kitchen items. One of the

best selling lines we have is our stoneware products. You can view

items at www.pamperedchef.com and you can contact me off list to

place an order.

My favorite stoneware item is the large round pizza stone. It

measures 15 " and is a flat round stone. I use it for everything from

homemade pizza to cookies to broiling chicken. It's probably the most

versatile stone we have. Here are some of the benefits of cooking with

stoneware:

*It evenly distributes heat and draws moisture away from the surface.

*It retains heat, so your just-out-of-the-oven foods stay hot longer.

*No presoaking needed before use.

*Virtually non-porous, so it doesn't retain oils, odors or flavors.

*Microwave, freezer, and conventional and convection oven safe.

In the month of November the stoneware is 20% off, with the option of

getting one to two pieces at 60% off (depending on how much you

order). The best way to do things is getting together with a few

other people and combining an order. But, you can order just one item

and have it shipped straight to you too.

So, just email me offlist if you have any questions or orders.

Thanks!
