Chickens, turkeys, goats, horses, cattle, rabbits, etc (all birds, I

think, even parakeets?) will be required to have an id chip---you

will be required to notify the government WHEN you move the critter

from one location to another. For instance, if you have a horse you

take to a horse show---you inform the government when your ID'd horse

is moved from point A (your farm) to Point B (the show location)

thennnn-------reverse the process when you bring the horse home!

Think of a farmer/rancher with 100+ animals and think of the

headache, plus the expense of purchasing the tags, tag readers, all

the paperwork required to keep each animal ID'd, and the purely

stupid, unnecessary, requirement to notify a government employee each

time an animal is moved?

FOR WHAT??!! I know----you don't own animals, so it doesn't concern

you! But do you EAT?! This affects us all!!
