Long story of lowering my cholesterol

Dear Fellow Natural

Health Lovers

It is time to tell you all about my success in

lowering my cholesterol. I have been a member of this list for some time and I

really enjoy all the tips and help I have received here and I hope some of you

have benefited from my posts.

I am a 61 year old male and started to look at

alternative remedies fourteen years ago. I have been on other lists in the past

and while there are a lot of good things, one has to be very careful to check

out authenticity and viability. I considered

myself to be in great shape and healthy, hardly ever get colds or flu, when I

do they are very mild and gone in a day or two.

My life partner kept hounding me to go to the Doc to

make sure all is well; she worries about cancer and about everything. I try to

avoid Doctors all I can, but to please her I went. This took place last May 5,

2008. Well, after a full EKG, urine and blood tests, all was well except my

cholesterol was a whopping 8.81, mmol/L, total cholesterol. My HDL registered at 1.06 mmol/L and my

LDL came in at 6.54 mmol/L. Now I had read all the posts on this list about the

cholesterol fraud and had followed and read all the links including Dr. Rath's

great site, so when Dr. Tago freaked out and tried to panic me and said I

immediately needed to take a statin drug, I smugly refused. She sat back in her

chair and said that if I refused her treatment then she didn't know what to do.

I told her that I was going to take micro-nutrients and vitamins to fix the

problem, as it was an indication to me that my arteries were weak and in bad

shape.

I live in Estonia and to

order, what I am sure are great micro-vitamins from outside to here is time

consuming. I looked around to see what was local and to my surprise I found

that the Estonians have this great Sea-Buckthorn

Berry that is cultivated and

grows very well in this almost Nordic climate. I purchased some Berry Oil and

started my treatment; in the meantime I started doing research on this berry,

its nutrients and what it can really do.

I was shocked to learn that

this Berry is

considered the best of all berries in bio-available nutrients and vitamins. I

was sure it was going to work; I couldn't wait to get the next blood test.

This is what happened on my

next test on September 9. Total Cholesterol 7.79 mmol/L, HDL 1.04 mmol/L and

LDL 5.19 mmol/L. A great improvement, even though I still have a ways to

go to get back to better health. Dr. Tago can't believe it. She is opened

minded and is looking forward to my next test in January 2009.

So IT WORKS. Dr. Rath, you

are right.

But also, I feel better and

stronger than ever before, and guess what, my age wrinkling has stopped, dead

in its tracks, in fact I think I have lost some wrinkles around my eyes, but

that may be that I am just overly optimistic, but I did take some close up

photos and in a few months I will do it again and compare. You see, the

Sea-Buckthorn has mostly been used for skin conditions, digestive problems

etc., for me to use it for lowering cholesterol is a new use here in Estonia.

Well I have compiled all my

research onto a web site and I translated all the local information, plus what

I found from Russia, China, India and Pakistan, and I have made contracts with

the local farmers and processors to sell this stuff so every one else can get

it. My new web site has just been launched and you can read all the detail. I

know how you experts like to have all the data on tests and studies, so it is

all there.

Please let me know if I

have made any mistakes or what improvements I need to make, I have only been a

consumer for fourteen years and have never sold anything like this before. I have been in the computer business for 35 years. At

this moment we are still loading in the footnotes on the Tests page, and there

are lots of photos to go into our new site.

All feedback will be

greatly appreciated.

Thanks and to good health
