I got hold of some of his books about 5 years

ago and although I don't follow his total life

style, I do believe that his approach to raw foods is great.

If Dr. Sheldon of the natural hygiene movement

inspired you, David Wolfe will certainly add to it.

David Wolfe just was here in Sarasota, Fl and I met him. Not only what he teaches is incredibly valuable he is a person who is unaffected by his fame. A very friendly and accessible person. I recently became a raw foodist. My son who has been a raw foodist three years has been an avid fan of David's and is now moving to Hawaii planning to help with David's projects. David has an internet chat, he's on youtube and he has many websites, google him. You will be amazed at the information.

Hi Edwin,

From what I understand, David Wolfe has been a raw vegan for 15 years.

I've personally never read any of his books, but I have watched a

number of his videos online and read his writings and have learned a

lot from him. I think the products he sells on his site are top

notch, because he's a stickler for quality and is always looking to

find and sell only the purest, most pristine, uncontaminated and

nourishing organic or wild crafted foods possible. He's especially

into the use of super foods and medicinal herbs, and also owns land

where he's focusing on growing the most nutrient dense foods possible

in soil that has been enriched with things like rock dusts and sea

water to increase its levels of trace and macro minerals.

I've found David to be a very charismatic and enthusiastic speaker,

and although my personal feeling is that at times he gets a little

carried away and may convey information that's a bit speculative, for

the most part I enjoy following him because it seems he's often on the

cutting edge in terms of the kinds of discoveries that are being made

these days on the frontiers of natural approaches to human nourishment

and health.
