It must be hard on you, not loosing.Good Luck.Betty Hi Betty. I am using a fair amt of coconut oil in place of olive oil. I rarely eat fish because my wife hates it but I'm not philosophically opposed to it. The only dairy I use is some whipping cream in my hot tea to avoid carbs from milk or half and half. I'm losing a little weight. I can see it in my spare tire. Instead of having one big roll of fat I now have some creases in it. The supplements are expensive and they irritate my kidney disease. I'm disappointed but not discouraged and not giving up. I just have to "go with the flow" of my body and I'm doing that. I have high cholesterol which worries me none at all, high blood pressure, I'm 150 pounds overweight. I live to irritate allopathic medicine. I know I'll make because it's the only game in town.
