How To Make Natural Toothpaste

One suggestion. Get baking soda from the health food store without aluminum in it. Regular Arm & Hammer baking soda, in the yellow box, does have aluminun, which is known to contribute to Alzheimers'.Kat

Ingredients needed to make natural toothpaste1.Baking soda (works as a natural cleansing agent and it polishes and whitens your teeth as well!)2.Table salt3.Hydrogen Peroxide (naturally disinfects your mouth)4.Stevia (optional as sweetener)5.Peppermint oil (optional)Both 4 and 5 can be found at a health food store
