Per Feng Shui, when laying on your back in bed, and you raise your head up, you should be facing the door. Kat

I understood that head in the north allowed the blood to flow more easily

through the body as the iron in the blood is polarized north/south - but

when I say that there is always someone who says a totally different thing!

There isn't always an option either with beds only fitting one way into a

room.

Can someone refresh my memory about which way our heads should be

pointing while sleeping at night? I'm thinking it's north, is that right?

North does work well for most but not all people. Another part of the

Feng Shui principle is that you should be able to see the door and

anyone entering the room when sleeping but your feet should not point

out of the door.
