Humanitarianism is based on a view that all human beings deserve respect and dignity and should be treated as such. Therefore, humanitarians work towards advancing the well-being of humanity as a whole. What would one do if one really wanted to help reduce suffering and death in any given population on the globe today? That’s simple to answer. It would be to distribute, sell, donate, and prescribe magnesium chloride. Instead of poisoning water supplies with fluoride governments could put magnesium into the water hardening it into something healthier. Doctors could use it to save lives and heal the chronically sick. Dentists could use magnesium to strengthen their patient’s teeth and they could, if they learned to think independently from the ADA and the FDA, lobby for the replacement of fluoride in the public water supplies with magnesium. When it comes to sodium bicarbonate and its use in medicine it’s an open and shut case. It is already in wide use and has been for decades not only in emergency rooms and intensive care wards but in the corridors of orthodox oncology where it is used to keep the toxic chemotherapy agents from killing people too quickly. Many millions of people in the world either consume bicarbonate ions in drinking water or have been treated clinically with bicarbonate ions in hospitals and medical centers and emergency units for the prevention and treatment of clinical acidosis and many other conditions. Bicarbonate ions help to save countless lives every day. Every family and almost every individual would benefit from having magnesium chloride to use as there is no other single medicine on earth that is as useful or as needed though sodium bicarbonate and iodine come to mind as close runner ups. There are hardly any limits to the potential applications especially if one has all three substances to use at once. Paul Mason has painstakingly documented that a significant cause of cardiovascular disease is magnesium deficiency. His mission has been to persuade the world that consuming more magnesium would stave off today’s leading cause of death: heart attack and stroke. Paul sued the FDA and Justice Department to mandate that all bottled water and soft drinks be fortified with magnesium. His rationale is that adding magnesium to bottled drinks would provide most Americans with the government’s recommended daily intake of this lifesaving mineral. This is analogous to the iodine deficiency that existed 70 years ago. After iodine was added to table salt, thyroid disease caused by iodine deficiency virtually disappeared. Paul has collected 80 studies showing that small amounts of magnesium in water, often just 5-20 mg/liter, lower incidences of mortality and heart disease. The reasons for such widespread magnesium deficiencies include increased consumption of processed foods, water purification that removes natural minerals, and mineral-depleted soil. According to Paul Mason “Even modest amounts of magnesium in water apparently reduce the rate of mortality (by an average of .003345). Applying that mathematical benchmark average to a world population of 6,350,000,000 suggests a possible decline in mortality of 21,240,750 per year—making magnesium deficiency a bigger cause of death than AIDS and war combined.” This would not sound like a good idea to those who want to see dramatic decreases in populations But Hands up! Back slowly away from the vitamins! And drop those minerals right on the ground. You are under arrest for dealing with helpful nutrient medicines. Medical and health freedom fighters have been warning for years about CODEX and that it is a real menace. The best definition of Codex is: Codex is the political equivalent of a toxicology manual because it endorses and promotes for international trade and consumption, in the entire world, everything from pesticides to irradiation, genetically engineered foods and synthetic analogs for drugs and nutrients, in preference to bio-compatible natural substances. The main goals of Codex are unlabeled genetically modified foods with low nutritional value, low mineral content and low vitamin values. All vitamin and mineral supplements are to be of low ineffectual dosages and herbs and other natural substances are to be classified as drugs. The National Solutions Foundation says that Codex Alimentarious is the shrewd vehicle for protecting the pharmaceutical industry. The Industry has decided upon an unethical course of action by using deception and deceit in the quest to eliminate natural health products completely. And in fact on July 12, 2005 a European Court ruling supports Codex directives to strictly prohibit information about diseases being treatable by nutrients and calls for future supplement dosage restrictions. The medical industrial complex has deliberately programmed generations of doctors to hold with the insane idea that using highly toxic and dangerous drugs is preferable to using vastly safer concentrated nutritional substances that make better medicines then any drug the pharmaceutical companies can fabricate. Magnesium chloride, iodine and sodium bicarbonate actually replicate the biological action of prescription drugs at far less cost and with fewer side effects. They are like the primary colors on a master painter’s pallet; with the primaries one can make almost any color, or a doctor in his place could generate almost any medical effect safely and swiftly. There are other substances like these three but these are primary and impinge their benefits directly onto cell physiology. This is what the medical industrial complex does not want anyone to know about – that the medicinal substances which physicians commonly dismiss work better than drugs. If the public knew the naked truth about pharmaceuticals would anyone take them? Probably but pharmaceutical sales would drop like a stone and that’s what they want to avoid at any cost. Never heard of Codex? That’s exactly what they want. The National Health Federation http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5800206429960925518 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5266884912495233634 & hl=en Dr. Rima E. Laibow writes and speaks about Nutricide saying that Codex is: 1. Intentionally bringing about or causing the death of a body of knowledge and information concerning the health promoting and curative attributes of herbs, food and food components 2. Intentionally bringing about or causing the death of large numbers of people through nutritional manipulation “Codex Alimentarius (the international food standard organization) and multinational corporation collusion together impair and gravely threaten world health. If Codex has its way, its deadly standards and guidelines will be implemented in the United States by 2010 significantly impairing the health and health prospects of all Americans, killing those with chronic illnesses who depend on therapeutic dose nutritional supplements for survival.” Medical truth is something allopathic medicine has forgotten; perhaps it never knew it so does not know what missing out on medical truth means. Medical truth is not a moving target and it is not something that is going to be discovered in some new study. Medical truth is already on display though one has to go out to search and seek it out. The medical profession has long viewed alternative medicine with skepticism, outright hostility and scorn. This attitude still persists though from time to time allopathic medicine has tried to annex natural therapies into mainstream medicine. Dr. Mathias Rath says that statistical research shows that consumers of vitamin supplements have more chance of dying from being struck by lightning or from a wasp or bee sting than they have from dying as a result of ingesting their vitamin tablets. Magnesium is a truth that modern medicine can anchor itself on and doctors should be thrilled to be informed about something that works so effectively and safely. It is not the only truth obviously and there are many other basic substances like sodium bicarbonate, iodine, r-ALA, selenium, spirulina and sodium thiosulfate that stand up tall in a primary top ten lineup. It just so happened that this chapter was orinally written for Magnesium – The Ultimate Heart Medicine. Special Note. With world financial events moving at us at high speed one should be prepared, first with the best information of the developing situation, and through swift action. It is time for us to apply some humanitarianism towards ourselves and our loved ones. Ring around the wagons time please read this article from someone in Argentina who lived through what the rest of us will soon face. My recommendations in the area of medicinal substances are to stock up: buy six pounds of magnesium chloride flakes, five pounds of sodium bicarbonate, two pounds of sodium thiosulfate and iodine. This is a lot of medicinal power doubling as water treatment and protection for about 100 dollars. Bicarbonate, of course is useful for more things than we can imagine and I will be communicating much more about it in the coming month. I want to announce and thank the LL Magnetic Clay Company for their introduction of their Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes. I was both shocked and pleasantly surprised that they put it out on the market for such a low price. Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil is what I have been recommending this past year and I no longer endorse sea water evaporation oils for medical purposes. The Ancient Minerals oil is the absolute purest I have found anywhere in the world but it is expensive to use. I reserve my small stock for delicate applications like eye washes. So I was very happy to hear that the company was putting six pounds of flakes out at only fifty five dollars. It comes from the same 250 million year old deposits sitting under the ground in Europe. That's the lowest price I have seen for anything even near its quality. In the interior of Brazil this is what I have been using for oral and transdermal application. So that’s nine dollars a pound for magnesium chloride, each pound of sodium bicarbonate is what in the States, about a dollar a pound? The sodium thiosulfate is about 6 dollars a pound. The iodine you can buy in your pharmacy is only one of several types and I talk about this in my book Iodine – Bringing Back the Universal Medicine. If things get as bad as I fear they will there are many things will fall short on and need. Even in good times I always calculate best case and worst case scenarios just to be careful with my planning. Today for me it was an unusual day and it was painful and I was thinking about what that Argentine wrote in that above indicated essay. My heart aches and the need to protect my young children is paramount. I don’t cry as much as I used to when I wrote Cry of the Heart five years ago, which was about the medical insanity of vaccinations and what they are doing to the children. But today I cried and felt the weight of a father with many children to defend. I share this with a heavy heart not to scare or frighten anyone. I think my words are a small thing compared to present realities that are increasingly going to become difficult to bear. God speed to all of us.
