I have not been on this site quite a year, but in that time I have discovered that you are mostly very intelligent individuals, and I have learned many things from your posts, but this? Did you know we have been under Martial Law for Many years??? what do you think the gold fringe around the U.S. flag means??? they are just going to make it public now, that's all. good day to you all, and keep em coming. The flag with fringe is sometimes flown out of context because some people think it looks pretty and do not know the real reason for the fringe. You can easily read archives on the American flag and all the laws governing it.
