Guest guest
Hello all, I have enjoyed reading a bit about your journeys. I was wondering if any vegetarians here work out in the same manner as someone with a typical diet, and if so, is there more fatigue involved? I believe a vegetarian diet is great but I am afraid I can't eat enough protein, iron, etc. Thanks, Kelly in PA

Guest guest
i have been vegaterian for a while now and I work out harder than before doing over 2 hours at the Y each Day. I feel much better now that I stopped meat and this year my first cold does not seem near as bad as the last few years when I was doing low-carb. I get plety of protein because I still eat cheese and I use soy milk. Also I seemed to have slimmed down too after stopping all the meat. Anyway...you can give it a try and if you don't like it you can go back to eating meat. pjb12345uk <pho Sent: Monday, September 29, 2008 4:53:58 AM Re: questions for vegetarians who exercise ---some veggies are olympic athletes protein can be got from many sources like whey , its not hard hitting 100g perday if you need phill In , "kellykebby"<kellykebby@ ...> wrote:>> Hello all, I have enjoyed reading a bit about your journeys.
