Guest guest
Hello, I have had this strange problem going on with my lips for almost three months . I was wondering if this could be a vitamin deficiency or something else like oral candidiasis. Whats going on is very bad painful, red, dry, swollen lips, with very small red sores that can leak a water like fluid (there could be one or two sores or many at the same time), the lips get red, dry , inflamed and the corners of the mouth get very red, dry, cracked and sore, its over pretty much the entire lip area. It hurts to eat, smile and talk. Its not cold sores, the lips don't look or act like cold sores do,or heal like cold sore do. lysine did not help and cold sore ointments did not help. This lip problem will get a bit better then come back again worse. It has been going on since about -July 20,08. This last week it seems to have got about 80 % better(because I started taking more B-2 ?), but I still get tightness, peeling and dryness in the corners of the mouth as well as this strange almost raw feeling on the lower lip .I put lip balm on my lips but the bottom lip,...it feels like there is nothing but mucus membrane like skin for the lip balm to stick to( does that make sense?). So I started to take more B-2 about 400mgs a day added to the B-complex 100 I take already. what ive read on B-2 sounds much like whats going on. But I have read up on other vitamin deficiencies , and many have the same symptoms. I also take other vitamins and herbs. I really think I might have some vitamin deficiencies because I dont eat a lot and when I do eat I dont think I get enough protein and veggies, also I dont drink milk or eat many grain products, those I believe are good sources for b- vitamins as well as other nutrients. I dont eat a lot of fruit , trying to avoid too much sugar. Then I thought about vitamin A, the same symptoms of getting too much are the same as a deficiency, so how do you now if your getting enough? . I take about 4000 IUs in cod liver softgels from vitacost and about a tablespoonful of Carlson's cod liver oil, it has about 700 ius to 1,200 ius per teaspoon. I take the Carlson's about everyday but at times ill stop taking it and take the Carlson's very finest fish oil. am I getting enough vitamin A ? or maybe to much? I also take 10,000 ius of beta carotene a day. I have been hypothyroid since 1995, and in the last two years I have also been dealing with adrenal fatigue. Ive read that hypothyroid people cant convert beta- carotene into vitamin A that well. I have some hair loss and other symptoms , but I dont know if they are thyroid ,adrenal, stress or lack of a vitamin or mineral. (most likely all of those). back in 2005 I was having some strange lip problems , not really like whats going on now but similar , I think it was caused by the benzos I was getting off of then, and at that time I had blood tests for vit A and beta carotene they both came back on the high side so I lowered my doses.I was taking about 25,000ius beta- carotene and im not sure about the vitamin A probably around 5-6000ius maybe. I also came across a condition called cheilitis or angular chelitis, a condition of the lips which can be caused by nutritional deficiencies, B-vitamins and iron, or by oral candidiasis or other pathogens. Its not my toothpaste, I do not wear lipstick,I wear natural organic lip balms , I dont think its a contact type of thing causing this. I can't see a doctor because I do not have health insurance right now. What could this problem be? does this sound like a vitamin deficiency? maybe the amounts of my supplements I have been taking and my diet are not enough since the adrenal fatigue?, and the stress increased and my vitamin intake did not? I dont now if I should increase my B-vitamins. I was also looking into getting some High Vitamin Cod Liver Oil, but im still a bit frightened of getting too much vit A. vitamin A has got such a bad rap. is the High Vitamin Cod Liver Oil a good thing to try for whats going on with my lips/mouth? sorry for the long post. Thank You very much for any help, Sherie
Guest guest
Hi Sherie, I read that small pustule outbreak around the mouth was associated with fluoride in toothpaste (which is toxic). I see you said it was not from your toothpaste, so perhaps you do not use toothpaste with fluoride? Just my 2 cents worth, perhaps something to check? Guest guest
I had something very similar and it was from using Burt Bee's lip balm. Something in it made my lips swell, turn red, be dry, crack and blister. I only use lip balm during the cold months. I was told it was candida, but when the cold weather was over and I didn't need any lip balm, it cleared it. Then, a cold snap back in the spring made my lips chap again. I reached for the Burt Bees and it started up again. That's when I knew. I've switched to Dr. Bronner's and have had no more problems. Not sure if this helps, but wanted to share. Guest guest
--- i would only be guessing sherie but on the throid issue have alook at this Glandular imbalances Each individual's case may be a little different. Different contributing causes, different solutions. However, in Cayce Medicine we might say that any illness in the body is created by one or more of these three factors: 1. mental-emotional stress, 2. pressure upon nerves (often at the spine), 3. toxicity (localized or systemic). Glandular problems are no exception. In the case of the thyroid, we might ask if the body is toxic overall, or perhaps just locally. If so, what would we do to clear this up? Since the thyroid is located at the base of the throat, we might check the neck and shoulders to see if they are tense. If so, perhaps the tension is disrupting the circulation of blood, lymph, and nerve energies to the area - creating the abnormal thyroid activity. Should this be the case, it is best for the tension to be relieved. Are the mind and emotions being chosen in such a way that they might express poorly through the thyroid gland? Are the mind and emotions the cause of tension and disrupted circulation in the neck and shoulder area? Are other glands possibly involved? These sorts of questions can begin to focus us on what has gone wrong and what needs to change in order to restore a healthy balance. Typical suggestions for addressing hypothyroid issues might include: 1. Neck and shoulder massage, castor oil pack at neck, and/or spinal manipulation, 2. Atomidine on a 1-2-3-4-5-0-0 drop schedule (which detoxifies the glands), 3. Meditation to change patterns of doubt to belief, worry to faith, feeling overwhelmed to dwelling in harmony, wariness to peace, and impatience to patience. Atomidine can be given in a series this is to balance the glands one drop daily in half a glass of water for five days stop for three days then to two drops daily for five days stop for three days. Then back to one drop daily then a rest and start the regime again. A cleansing of the glands was the first priority, a drop of atomidine in half a glass of water in the morning before any meal is taken for 5 days, and then 2 drops for 5 days then leave off entirely Cayce found a lack of activity of the thyroid glands, which causes this disturbance in the body where apparently for no cause, there are patches on the body that are bald. These come from circulation and from the lack of certain elements in the diet. For the glandular forces give small quantities of Atomidine to purify the glandular system. In the beginning take one drop in half a glass of water before the morning meal, each day for three to five days; leave off five days, then take again for five days. Then leave off. At the beginning of the second rest period from the Atomidine, start massaging the body of evenings when ready to go to bed on those areas of scalp and where the baldness appears, using Pure Hog Lard. Massage this thoroughly into the areas and bind up. The next morning bathe off, and then in the evening apply again. Do this for three to four days in succession, then leave off for a week - during which period another series of Atomidine would be taken. 1904-1 F 52 Cayce found disturbing conditions This needs attention to stop other problems. The disturbing forces arise from, primarily the glandular system; caused by an unbalancing in the chemical reactions in the system and not sufficient iodides , also pressures upon the nerve system were found - to cause a disturbance in the locomotion of the body at times. The blood supply has also become unbalanced, so that there is insufficient vitamins in the blood as assimilated through these glandular disturbances to produce the proper capillary circulation. A cleansing was required , to help the glandular forces .begin first with taking small doses of Atomidine..For the first seven days, take one minim (drop) in half a glass of water each morning before any meal is taken. Then leave same off five days. Then begin taking TWO minims each morning for seven days. Then leave off five days. Then at the third series take THREE minims in half a glass of water (not more than this) each morning for the seven days. Leave off three to five days. 26 How can I regain my hair (which I have been losing since my late teens - thought by a doctor to be due to a sickness, which I had for several years with earache, fever and headache)? 4056-1 M 26 Cayce found a lack of activity of the glands in the thyroid area. This causes a weakness in the activities to nails and hair over the body. Take small doses of Atomidine to purify in the thyroid activity. Take one drop each morning for five days in succession. Then leave off for five days. During that period give the scalp a thorough massage with crude oil; using the electrically driven vibrator with the suction applicator this was to be done very thoroughly, for at least thirty to forty minutes for the massage with the crude oil and then the application of white Vaseline and then the electrically driven vibrator using the suction cup applicator. Then begin the first of the next week with the Atomidine, one drop each morning for five days. Then give another crude oil shampoo following with the white Vaseline and the vibrator treatment. Leave these off then for two weeks. Then have another complete series, but between each two series allow two weeks to elapse. Doing these, we will find that in six to eight months it will begin to stimulate the activities for the growth of hair over the scalp and on body. Diet must carry iodine in their natural forms. Use only kelp salt or deep-sea salt. Eat plenty of seafoods. Not too much sweets. Atomidine was also recommended in 42% of cases but due to its high iodine content this was recommended in specific dosages and treatment cycles. Excessive iodine in the system could overstimulate the thyroid and result in harmful effects in the body. Never take atomidine when you are using thyroid medicine or other drugs as the drugs could react with each other and have undesirable effects. The most common dosage was one drop taken daily for five days followed by a five-day rest period then one-drop daily then rest for five days. Then resume the cycle.Daily dosages ranged from one to eight drops daily. It was recommended that atomidine was taken in half glass of water in the morning before eating. Frequently atomidine was coordinated with Epsom salt baths and massage with the baths being taken during the rest period and immediately following the atomidine sequence. 5 After the osteopathic adjustments have been given then take a course of atomidine which should be given starting with one drop twice a day increasing by one drop per day until you are taking 5 drops twice daily then continue for a further 3 days and then reduce by one drop per day until the original dose is used. Then rest a week or two then repeat this regime 3-4 times. The atomidine is for the cleansing of the glands and for the glandular forces of the body. BACKGROUND 5345-1 F 35 For some time she has been suffering with sugar diabetes, no help from MD's. . She's read the book THERE IS A RIVER and is ready to accept and follow anything that may come through the reading. " Cayce cautioned to apply corrections to the diet, this with the spinal corrections , will bring much better conditions and reactions with this Person. He found a subluxation, caused from a strain many years ago and has gradually been a great pressure, which has caused overactivity in the pancreas and spleen area, and from this created in the body, too much sugar. This affects the activity of the kidneys and bladder, as well as the general nervous system and the incoordination in the areas of the brachials, just a little higher up, which cause distresses to organs of sensory system, general nervous system and the glandular forces of the body. Alternative Treatment Edgar cayce gave over 250 readings for epilepsy and associated disorders. In Reba Ann karps book a study was made of about 84 readings for 37 people with an age range of 20 months to 62 yrs old. There are quite a few files at the A.R.E. which members can research further and anyone contemplating treatment would well advised to consult with them. Causes 1.Most frequently mentioned was glandular imbalances, which implied adhesions and lesions in the lacteal area of the intestines. 2. Other glands were mentioned particularly the pineal. 3. In 16 cases spinal sublaxations and lesions were found to be a direct cause with mention of other vertebrae out of alignment in any part of the spine. These misalignments would interfere with the proper supply of nutrients and or nerve impulses which were needed in other parts of the body the lack of which would result in ) What causes and what should be done to correct, excess growth of hair on legs and arms? Is this from a glandular condition? (A) Cayce said A glandular condition, combined with a disturbance in the general circulation. Do not use anything other than too the thyroids to make better activity there; this done better by manipulation than by drugs. From epilepsy file (Q) Why are the menstrual periods irregular? (A) A problem partly from the circulation and the adjusting of the bodily functions from the glandular forces of the whole system to the activity of such periods. The adjustments and manipulations are for these specific disturbances; as also the purifying of the glands by the use of iodized salt. Cayce gives the causes of Glaucoma; to do with the functioning of the glands in origin with mention of spinal misalignments causing other blockages where proper channels needed to be kept open, Toxins or infectious forces could also cause problems in the system, poor eliminations and kidney and liver imbalances were also mentioned. Karma was also mentioned. According to cayce any of these conditions either singly or combined could interfere with the proper nutriments that feed the eyes and or nerve impulses, which go to the eyes. To another who had been treated for glaucoma by conventional means, this lady was in excrutiating pain Cayce said there was incorrect activities from the adrenal glands and their effect on the kidneys, which had their effect on other organs, which produced slowness in the eliminations. The emphasis on eliminations is a crucial factor in maintaining good health in this case it was effecting the optic nerve. 630-3 F 37 " About 8 mos. ago (eye specialist) told me I had Glaucoma and Iritis Pigmentosis, but being an optimist I thought they would be all right. Now I am at home and Dr. says my eyes are decidedly worse. Cayce found disturbances with the glandular system, related to the activities of the adrenals. This made for an unbalanced condition relating to the supply of energies in the circulation to the sensory forces. This hinders or impoverishes the supply to the optic forces; producing a relaxation that causes the problem in the eye reflex itself. These hinder in the kidneys' activity in bringing about elimination, and a flow of secretions that are a part of same deflect through the supply to optic forces. Cayce sited the causes of M.S.as being varied but briefly it was the lack of gold in the body which caused a glandular imbalance which in turn caused a hormonal deficiency. This hormone was said to be vital to the proper functioning of the nerves. Also it can be stated that even with enough gold present in the system the body still has to have the ability to use it, it was this ability that was lacking in some of the cases that cayce dealt with. The body has to have the ability to absorb or assimilate the gold. phill In , " sweetwulfie " <sweetwulfie wrote: > > > > Hello, I have had this strange problem going on with my lips for > almost three months . Guest guest
---if it infection Dr Robert Beck Energetic-Medicine researcher 1925-2002 Dr Robert Beck was a physicist, who has to his name a PhD in physics from the University of Southern California. Prior to USC Dr. Beck was a Professor at the University of California. Dr. Beck is known as a renowned researcher and inventor in the field of Energy Medicine devices. Amongst his achievements he is accredited with a version of the Brain Tuner. This device has been successful in helping to alleviate anxiety, addictions, insomnia and depression. As he initially trained as a photojournalist he applied his inventive flair and curiosity toward flash photography. He was the inventor of the strobe flashlight. He has been nominated by a Mexican hospital for the Noble Prize for his research in developing an Aids cure. Bob Beck formed his first company specialising in the development of a powerful electroencephalograph unit. Through his company he conducted extensive research on the electrical properties of the brain. From this research was born a powerful electroencephalograph unit. After reading articles on a 'black box' device, developed by a British surgeon, Dr. Margaret Patterson, he became increasingly interested in the potential of electricity and the brain. Dr Patterson had developed this 'black box' with Dr Wong of Hong Kong an expert in electro-acupuncture. Though its inventors to help reduce symptoms of recovering drug addicts used this black box, Beck saw other potential for this device. Bob Beck used research and technology from the black box to develop his own device. He called it the Brain Tuner. Based around the principal of frequencies it used over 200 specific frequencies to encourage the rejuvenation, healing, and rapid re-stimulation of the neuro-transmitters. Bob Beck's research then led on to look at the effect of electrical frequency on the lymphatic system. Working on the basis that many viral infections ay shelter in the lymph nodes, he developed a magnetic pulse generator to induce electricity in specific nodes around the body. Beck's work in this field led him to do much work with HIV and AIDS patients. His studies also highlighted ionic/colloidal silver as a natural antibiotic, providing a potential alternative to the somewhat clumsy approach of pharmaceutical antibiotics. He went on to elaborate his research by creating devices able to make colloidal/ionic silver at home. Bob Beck went on to lecture and give demonstrations at health trade shows around North America. It was at one such show in Seattle, in 1996 that a couple (Russ Torlage and Lesley Punt) came across Beck's device. Lesley Punt was suffering from M.E. of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the couple were at the Seattle show looking for possible ways to alleviate her condition. They took Beck's device and redesigned it, making it an accessible tool for public use. In pursuit of improving the affectivity of Beck's device Dr. Beck introduced a protocol. Along with the both blood electrification the protocol also includes the making of ionic/colloidal silver, and the ozonation of drinking water, thus increasing the level of oxygen in the blood. What is The Beck Protocol? There are four parts to The Beck Protocol. 1. Microcurrent therapy for cleansing the blood Over the years, while enjoying the fruits of a successful career as an acclaimed physicist, Robert (Bob) C. Beck, D.Sc. maintained an interest in electro-therapy for health. When he heard that viruses and other pathogens had been deactivated in a medical research study by the application of microcurrents of electricity to blood, his considerable intellect and ingenuity were aroused. While the medical research suggested the application of microcurrents similar to dialysis with the blood flowing out and then back into the body, Bob Beck developed a system to apply microcurrents to blood without invading the body. He developed a simple system for applying these microcurrents by placing electrodes over the wrist arteries. 2. Magnetic pulsing for tissue electrification After considerable experimentation on himself, friends, acquaintances and a few individuals diagnosed with AIDS, all reaped some health benefit. Soon, however, he realized that the blood might be cleared of viruses or other pathogens but these same pathogens could be temporarily hiding in the lymph system. To create the necessary microcurrents in lymph and tissue to neutralize viruses and other pathogens, he developed a magnetic pulse generator. Pulsed magnetic fields create microcurrents in lymph and other tissue. 3. Drinking ionic/colloidal silver Bob explains how he awoke at 4:00 a.m. one morning with a sudden insight. He knew colloidal silver had been used extensively prior to the advent of antibiotics. He awoke with an insight on how to make colloidal silver electrically—easily and inexpensively. Thus was born an industry for the manufacture of home units to make colloidal silver. Ionic/colloidal silver is made using 99.99% pure silver wires, distilled water and an electrical circuit. 4. Drinking freshly ozonated water By this time, Bob Beck was on the lecture circuit at health shows to make his discoveries known. At his lectures, he also provided papers with information about his work and the schematics to build units. These lectures gave Bob an opportunity to talk with many people who had either bought or built his units and were using them to improve their health. One problem kept recurring. Many experienced flu-like symptoms as a result of the die-off of the pathogens. The body was not able to expel the toxins fast enough. Bob always stated the importance of drinking enough water to help flush toxins but one day he realized adding ozone to the water would speed the detoxification process. Ozone is a great detoxifier but ozone was generally only available using expensive medical devices. Bob visited a fish supply store as he knew they used ozone to keep the fish tanks oxygenated. Eureka! Bob and his friends started freshly ozonating a glass of water before drinking it. Bob used a pulse oxymeter on the finger to measure blood oxygen saturation and discovered, water saturated with ozone would increase the level of oxygen in the blood. Thus the fourth part of The Beck Protocol was added—drinking freshly ozonated water to help flush toxins. A big advantage of The Beck Protocol is that it can be used in the privacy of your home. The effectiveness of The Beck Protocol has spread worldwide—largely by word-of-mouth. People around the world have found the tools offered by The Beck Protocol have helped them heal and recover … from minor ailments to debilitating diseases. SOTA Instruments Inc. collects testimonials from customers who use the units. We have published some of these testimonials in The Beck Protocol Handbook. Bob Beck gained confidence in SOTA Instruments as a company that offered a high standard of quality. He endorsed SOTA as a supplier of units for The Beck Protocol. For blood electrification and making ionic/colloidal silver, SOTA offers The Silver Pulser. For lymph and tissue electrification, The Magnetic Pulser. For freshly ozonating drinking water, The Water O3zonator. For making ionic/colloidal silver only, The Silver Maker. See our Recommended Products section. See Electrifying Books & Videos section for a video How to Use The Beck Protocol. This video features Dr. Eliezer Ben-Joseph, ND as host. With three guests asking questions, he provides all you need to know to use the protocol at home for personal health. The Beck Protocol Handbook package includes Beck's original papers, testimonials and Bob's 1983 talk on The Brain Tuner. The booklet Electricity for Health in the 21st Century is included with the package. This booklet provides amazing insights into the electrical nature of the body and the history of electro-therapy. A new video, An Introduction to The Beck Protocol will be available in 2003. It will offer health practitioners who have experience with the protocol, individuals who have had profound healing experiences with the help of The Beck Protocol and an interview with Robert C. Beck. The video includes lively interviews exposing the politics of health as well. See our Researchers to Know section for details about Bob Beck's electronic instrumentation, brain research and more on the birth of The Beck Protocol. Beck, D.Sc. January 14, 1998 (The complete process is described here in detail to allow anyone to successfully achieve recoveries and insure that the currently proven methods will never again be " lost " or suppressed.) WHAT YOU DO: 1. Apply salt-water moistened electrodes over Ulnar and Radial arteries on opposite insides of same wrist. A Velcro® and elastic strap holds electrodes in place. You must electrify blood for one to two hours every day for three weeks. This should not interfere with other activities. As your blood circulates normally, enough will be flowing along this path in forearm until most blood in your body is eventually treated by the 50 to 100 microampere current flowing internally. About 3 to 5 milliamperes is necessary at the skin to overcome resistive losses through tissue before current reaches blood. 2. Drink 8 to 16 OZ of 3 to 5 ppm self-made Silver Colloid daily. Costing under 1 cent per gallon, colloids are shown to easily control opportunistic infections. This gives you a second intact immune system. Colloids can be generated in the same water while ozonizing. 3. Apply your magnetic pulse generator for about 20 minutes daily by positioning and pulsing coil over lymph nodes and internal organs. Pulse each time it recharges at several second intervals. Pulses of high intensity time-varying magnetic flux generate a measurable back e.m.f. in adjacent tissue thus neutralizing any residual germinating and incubating pathogens. Without this step, sufferers have been known to sometimes reinfect themselves. Conventional permanent magnets positively will not work. 1. 2. Drink as much ozonated water as you can comfortably ingest daily. You must generate fresh ozone yourself each time and drink immediately since ozone has a half-life of only a few minutes. All known pathogens and cancers are anaerobic. Ozone aids their elimination by oxidation and speeds your detoxification and recovery with no discomfort. Consuming ozone water flushes neutralized pathogens, wastes and toxins from your system. THESE FOUR STEPS WORK SYNERGISTICALLY AND ALMOST MAGICALLY AND SHOULD BE USED TOGETHER. AVERAGE TIME FOR RECOVERY IS UNDER A MONTH. EXACT HOW AND WHY YOU must DO THIS: 1. The blood electrifier and silver colloid maker are usually combined in one small plastic box, typically 3-3/4 " X 2-1/4 " X 1 " (cigarette pack size) containing one outlet for wrist electrodes and a second outlet for colloid making. A single 9 volt transistor radio battery drives a voltage tripler, and a single-IC-chip switches the 27 volts from negative to positive 3.92 times each second. A biphasic square wave with sharp rise time output is fed to a 3.5 mm jack connecting to two 3/32 " stainless steel electrodes 1 " long each covered with two layers of 100% cotton flannel saturated with dilute salt water. A potentiometer allows users to adjust output until comfortable. Red and green LED's show polarity reversal (essential for safe blood electrification) and overall system functioning. A grain-of-wheat lamp indicates current flow when making ionic colloid. Precise electrode locations are determined by carefully feeling arterial pulse points on opposite insides of same wrist and positioning saturated electrodes precisely along the paths where arteries come closest to surface. Locations are critical, since objective is to supply maximal current into blood and not waste it in surrounding flesh. Typical impedance measured from electrode-to-electrode may be as low as 2000 ohms. Adjust output for strongest comfortable level. Schematics, parts lists and detailed instructions appear in [elsewhere in these lecture notes]. Anyone can build his own system: you need buy nothing except replacement batteries. However commercially available systems are inexpensive, reliable, and are usable immediately. 2. 3. Ionic Silver Colloids of excellent quality and freshness are easily user-made as follows - Pure silver (99.9%) 14 gauge electrodes, providing anode and cathode about 6 " long, are immersed in an 8 OZ glass of room-temperature water (tap or distilled) and the 27 volt DC output is applied for about 3 minutes in tap water and 20 minutes in distilled water or until water appears milky. Stir and drink immediately two or three times daily. I ozonate the water while making colloid and drink the combination immediately. Some prefer " golden " colloids, easily made by using only heated (150 degrees F) distilled water in Pyrex containers with electrodes activated for ~20 minutes. Store silver colloid in dark brown bottles. Keep out of light and do not refrigerate. 4. MAGNETIC PULSER: This extremely useful tool neutralizes active, hibernating or incubating pathogens being normally processed in lymph, spleen, liver, skin, kidney, stomach muscles and other tissue. It is easily made by purchasing or winding a ~2.5 millihenry coil and driving it with a 35 to 70 Watt-Second (Joules) electronic flash or " strobe " . (A Joule is (1/2 CV^2) where C is in microfarads and V is in Kilovolts.) A self-wound inductance coil of ~130 turns of 14 or 16 gauge, plain enameled magnet wire works well. A 2.5 mH audio speaker cross-over coil is prettier. The coil is simply wired between one electrode of the strobe flash lamp and its capacitor. The device, if self-made, costs about $27 and is vasty more powerful than $5000 to $7O00 commercial devices of far less measurable power. The coil kicks a steel washer several feet into the air when pulsed thus showing the " occult " (invisible) energy going into your body during use. A typical finished device (Future Tech Today, USA 1-(866)-747-7447) tests 600 mfd, 330-350V, 36 WS, 21,429 Gauss, 105 Amperes peak, 17,850 Ampere Turns pulse rise time ~1.8 microseconds, pulse duration ~2.6 milliseconds, penetration ~8 " in tissue. It and its AC power supply fit in a box 1-1/2 " X 2-5/8 " X 4-1/2 " with an external applicator coil 2-3/4 " diameter X 1-3/8 " thick on a 4' cord. (These details are offered for professionals only.) 5. OZONIZED DRINKING WATER: Before adding this final step to the " magic four " , we had some very uncomfortable full-blown AIDS patients while they were detoxifying. All are now completely well and symptom free. By simply drinking ozone-charged water, most of the benefits of ozone use such as insufflation (ozone enemas), autohemotherapy, ozone injections and blood bubbling, Oxygen Bars and Hyperbaric Oxygen chambers were easily surpassed and made simple and inexpensive. Tanks of " medical oxygen " (identical to welding oxygen) require medical prescriptions. Ozonized water is made from oxygen in ambient air and costs nothing. MAKING YOUR OWN: You can purchase ozone generators legally in tropical fish (aquarium) stores. Preferred is the 200 ML Sander (brand) ozonizer used with an aquarium aerator pump. Air pumped through a bubble-making " stone " is passed through chilled water. Depending on the strength ozone maker you buy, water becomes " saturated " in a few minutes and must be drunk immediately. You can see an increase in % blood oxygen saturation which often reaches 100% within minutes. Do NOT use ultra-violet (cheapest but almost useless) generators. Use ONLY cold-corona high voltage ozonizers. Construction and use is fully explained in my main paper.
