To the person who posted about the plastic bottles: I read the posts about the

plastic bottles

and the system with the numbers on the bottom. I had a look at the various

plastic bottles in

my house and I see that they all have a triangular recycling type of logo with a

number 1

inside. They also have a second number on the side. Which number were you

talking about

regarding the composition of the plastic and could you please repeat the number

system

again? Also does anyone know which zip-lock bags or plastic food storage bags

are

recommended? Are there any particular brands that are particularly harmful?

I'm not the OP but I think it's the number in the triangle.

Thanks Terri, for rresponding. You are right. It is the

number in the little triangle, usually at the bottom of the bottle.

I checked some of the containers and bottles I have here at home,

and out of curiosity, checked bottles and food containers in some

shops too. I noticed that most of the fast food

containers, either round or rectangular, have the number 5 in the

triangle. Some had number 1 but all the Baby bottles had the number

7.
