Elemental Magnesium where can I get it

There are many different Magnesiums what I would like to know about is the elemental Magnesium. Also who sells it??? I would sure appreciate having info on this. I at least want to try it. I had not even heard of Magnesium clay. I see someone wrote on it. I know one thing taking magnesium saves me a lot of money in Chiropractic bills. sharonPsssst...Have you heard the news?
