Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Pregnancy

One important reason we have more health issues during pregnancy is because the baby takes what it needs from us, and if we don't have enough of or replenish what is lacking, we will have these issues. This is also a major reason for post partum depression, we have become malnourished. Thus, it is important to take supplements, especially minerals, and if you find you are feeling worse, then increase the amount of supplements. Prenatal vitamins don't have much in them. They are the minimum daily requirements so that no one gets injured from getting too much. But, in actuality, we need much more.

For example, if your prenatal vitamin has Vitamin C 200 mgs, the amount that you really need is much more. Being pregnant is very stressful, and people who have stress need much more Vitamin C. You might need 2000-3000 mgs, just experiment. The way to tell if you are getting too much is that your stool will become softer or runny, so then just cut back a little on the amount. And, you will pee out what you don't need.

Another example is the amount of magnesium in your prenatal. It's probably minimal, and you could experiment with adding a supplement in addition to the prenatal vitamin. It will also soften your stool when you get too much. But when you have enough, you will feel more relaxed and noise will not bother you. Like the old commercial "Calgon, take me away" Magnesium makes you feel like you just had a bath in Calgon and nothing bothers you. Also, if you have enough protein and magnesium in your diet on a regular basis, you will probably not get pre-eclampsia. Doctors love for you to get pre-eclampsia because it is a huge money maker for them when you need to be in the hospital, and then need a C-section.

Dr. Joel Wallach, of "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" fame, says that carpal tunnel syndrome is a deficiency of arsenic.

You could try taking a tablespoon of apple cidar vinegar (ACV) in 8 ounces of water on a daily basis. It will make your body more alkaline, which is good, and it also has many nutrients in it. Be sure to rinse your mouth with clean water after taking the ACV because it is acidic and might affect your tooth enamel. Drink with a straw and it will go more to the back of your mouth instead of all over your teeth.

Also, read labels carefully and avoid MSG and aspartame. There are at least 30 different labels that mean there is MSG in it. These are excitotoxins and excite the cells to the point of death.
