A primary source of headaches and toxemia of pregnancy is magnesium deficiency. Take 200-400 mg of a high quality magnesium (not pure citrate or oxide) twice daily and 400 mg calcium (not carbonate form) at bedtime. Do not use calcium-magnesium combinations. There is about a 75% chance this will work--- On Wed, 9/3/08, Kirti Betai <kbetai wrote:

I get migraines - I use Peter Gillham Natural Calm daily and it really works.  I would advise the to use Mama Calm.  You make it like a hot tea.  I have tried all sorts of supplements - this one works best for me.Good luck!FezJ B <the4ofusb Sent: Wednesday, September 3, 2008 12:04:08 PMRe: pregnant - getting migraines alot * itsabouttime66
