Just wanted to add her that nothing is a waste of time if it touches or helps one single person. I understand that sometimes things get drawn out, but bipolar disorder is a reality that needs to be out there for all of us to know about. I was once diagnosed by a guy who did not know what he was doing, he prescribed yet another drug for me. I got a second and third opinion and indeed he was very wrong. I merely had an imbalance going on from taking to many pharmaceuticals, and he wanted to add another. I have since eliminated drugs for the most part. I still use a couple on occasion, but once was on 23 different ones. This should be criminal. I was literally dying of interactions from so many pharmaceuticals. Beware of doctors, especially if you see more than one. I no longer listen to doctors, preferring to be my own healer. So far so good. I have never been healthier. Blessings, Micki

PS - Bipolar is not a trivial subject, it is a reality, and it happens from over consumption of pharmaceuticals in most cases that I have investigated.

I haven't posted much but in this case I feel the need. Bi-Polar is

far from trival. Lives are lost and runied to this disease each year.

I am BP and you canot fathom the hell I've been through in my life. I

have lost my family to it, attempted suicide, been locked up, hurt

others and shuned by those who don't understand this " trival "

condition.

I've been a good boy, served in the military, owned my own company and

paid taxes too yet, when I became ill all my friends were gone. BTW, I

lost my company also.

So, for those of you who think BP is trivial I hope you'll consider a

bit more understanding.

One last thing, can anyone tell me natural sorces of lithum?

Thanks and blessings

my statement was in reference to the barrage of over 20 emails regarding my writing style not bipolar. and my point exactly is that picking me apart day after day is a waste of energy. certian people feel its their duty to point out the shortcomings of others rather then stay on the topic at hand. i apologize if you thought for any moment that i was referring to bipolar .

You can buy lithium asporotate or use Li-zyme Forte' by Biotics. I suggest you first do a hair tissue mineral analysis to see if there is a deficiency of lithium or other problems that make you appear lithium deficient (as in bipolar).

Bipolar is serious and it deserves serious consideration not just cover-up drugs.--- On Wed, 8/20/08, pace60002000 <FALCON wrote:

On the subject of bi-polar, be careful:

My friend has just been diagnosed as reactive hypoglycemic. His father

is apparently also. The uncle has been diagnosed for

years as bi-polar. My friend's doctor told him that people are often

misdiagnosed as bi-polar when they have blood sugar issues.

We haven't had time to research this much, but I will say that my

friend's symptoms were very much like his uncle's and now that he

understands how he needs to eat (one part protein to two parts carbs,

for example) his symptoms have gone away.

This does not mean the uncle isn't bi-polar, but I tell you we are

sure wondering at this point.

Most cases of bipolar are those with blood sugar issues and/or mineral imbalances or toxic accumulations in the colon or tissue. Bipolar people must never use aspartame.

Bipolar is rarely a medical condition. Use of drugs for this condition enslaves you for life because the drugs they use are neurotoxins that must be continually manipulated.--- On Sat, 8/23/08, Catherine Wesley <cat.wesley wrote:

Great question! Lithium also is used to treat ADD, kidney stones,

headaches and more. It is a trace mineral that everyone needs. I

found the following websites that address your question about natural

sources of Lithium. It sounds like sugarcane and seaweed are lithium

rich. Some say eggs, milk, processed meat, fish, milk, milk products,

potatoes and vegetables, and lemons are high in lithium as well as

mineral water, whole grains and seeds. Mineral hot springs are high

in lithium too. I wonder if one can absorb the beneficial mineral

from soaking in a hot spring? Can't hurt!
