Rising Sun makes the fake cansema black salve, which does not work. So you think that black salve in general does not work, and Big Pharma hopes you will then try to get some drugs or surgery for your skin cancer and thus they get more money. Just get a recommendation from someone who has used a brand before. I get mine from a woman in California; it's about $25 an ounce, which goes a long way. She has made an extra strong version and added Lidocaine as a pain killer, because the salve can be painful as it eats away the cancer. I have used it several times on myself as well as on a mast cell tumor on the dog. It only destroys the cancer and its roots (tentacles) and does not harm healthy tissue. You apply a drop to the spot, cover with scotch tape overnight, and then the spot swells a little. In maybe a week a little ball of dead tissue (called the eschar) falls out and you have a hole. This hole fills in and there is no scar, from my experience. The zinc chloride is needed in the formula to penetrate through the skin into the tumor. It also helps if you poke a hole in the tumor or pick at it to cause an opening for the bloodroot and herbs to enter. It usually only takes one application for me but I catch the spots when they are small. Basal cell carcinoma usually has a small spot on the surface that scabs or bleeds but never really goes away. And usually under the skin, at the basal layer, this spot is larger. So what appears as a small spot is usually larger underneath and out of view. She also makes a tonic for those who have internal cancer. This either helps get rid of the cancer or at least makes the last days of the individual more comfortable, as in the case with animals.
