Hi Josephine,

 

What you may be referring to is that sometimes when a poster is

responding to a post they do not "clean" their response of the previous

posts. And if that poster is on digest format the response will

include the whole digest.

 

For instance I am responding to your email.and your email was in

response to Elaine and Her response included the previous message she

reseived from you. Now what I am doing is deleting all of the previous

posts except an excerpt from YOUR email outlining your issue.

 

If we all are a little more diligent in cleaning up our emails, it

would be make for easier reading by all.
