Guest guest
Dr. Blaylock recommends Jigsaw Magnesium, which is what I use. http://www.jigsawhealth.com/products/magnesium_supplement.html Also, they are caplets. He says you shouldn't take vitamins that are in plastic. I just went to this web site and I see they have a special on two bottles. He doesn't have anything to do with the company he just recommends them. He always give resources on what is best, even in his books.
