Thanks for the information!

I almost bought some more sea salt today, iodized kind, it seemed that they were out of the non iodized kind at the store I went to this time. Of course, I am not buying all this salt for consumption but some of it may be used for that purpose it's just not the original intended purpose.

I try to limit my fluoride intake (harder and harder these days). One way is that I don't use a fluoride toothpaste.

Fact or fiction? People say it is fact, people say it is fiction. I will stand with those individuals that say that it isn't good for you!

Andrea,The ingestion of fluoride pushes out the iodine, and hence thyroid trouble has become wide spread.Fluoride being added to drinking water has done more damage than good to teeth (if any to dental care).I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users.It has removed 13090 spam emails to date.Paying users do not have this message in their emails.Try SPAMfighter for free now!

i use a toothpaste that has essential oils that are proven cavity fighters and it fights off airborn bacteria. my kids love it and have great dentist check-ups NO CAVITIES MOM!
