1 @It's so simple.

Blend 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt (or sea salt), and 2 T of lemon juice for about 1

min.

Turn speed of blender to whip or cream (one that is lower) and slowly add 1 cup

of extra-virgin olive oil. Mix for a few minutes and viola! You can store in the

fridge in a plastic container.

It's really good. I use it as a dip for vegetables.

i use a one of those nifty hand blenders, i use half organic veg oil, half olive, with some mustard as well, i start out whipping only 2 tb at a time and increase as it thickens, when all the oil is incorperated i add a tb of boiling water to temper it. lasts 2 weeks in the fridge. ( i use my eggs from my free range chickens)

The crap imho is the full WW III hitting every corner of this

planet. The stage has been set, just a matter of timing, and by all

accounts it won't be that far in the future.

Do not hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

I paid $5.04 the other day for a gallon of 2% milk. Now, I don't drink the stuff but my neighbors do and they asked me to pick some up. Maybe I shouldn't complain about those prices because I don't buy, let alone drink the stuff, but all food prices and other products are going up, up, up.

It is quite discouraging.

Maybe you haven't studied history much, but war, famine, oppressive

government, etc. has been going on since the beginning of time. I

agree that the world is nuts, but I don't really recall a time in

history that it wasn't.

I agree we should be prepared, I'm not arguing against that. I was

just curious.

Tell your neighbors that milk is not normally consumed by any other amimal species, let alone the milk from a different animal. Cow's milk, in any form, is an inflammatory agent in the human body and the cause of many diseases, including osteoporosis.

The only milk fragments that are healthy for humans is pure isolated (not concentrated) whey and organic butter. Whey contains high quality, extremely digestible proteins and the immunoglobins found in the firsr milk of mothers, colostrum. Butter contains essential fatty acids and CLA necessary for the body to burn fats for energy.--- On Sun, 8/17/08, Kenneth <plisca wrote:

you can accept these things and become a slave to them, or take action and be free from them.
