Guest guest
I do not think I have had migraines, but for a long time i woke up with a head ache that seemed to be my muscles. I also went to the Chiropractor sometimes's 3 times a week. The headache really did not go away. I kept reading and one day took Magnesium. At some point quite fast, the headache left. I am just telling you what worked for me. I am afraid to even change brands. I bought the 500 mg Nature's Life brand plus vitaminB-6 muscles and Nerves, it has the B5 in the capsule and it says 1 daily. I kept going to the Chiropractor for awhile and told him I would not need to come any more the Magnesium took care of the problem what ever it was. He did agree, of course still wanted me to come back. I have no idea if this would work for anyone else and do not know why it worked for me unless I might have had some huge deficiency. For all I really know maybe it could even be the B6 in the capsul. I am sure of one thing, muscles are involved, even eye muscles. I have not been consistent about taking it now and am starting to have trouble again and the muscles are once again headache and neck ache, and even spasms in the night down in the area around the side of the knee. Last night I took 3 potassium caps. something is not good but did not get the huge spasms I got the night before. I had actually opened one of the Magnesium caps and took the powder to get rid of the spasms, I find it scary because I wonder about the heart, it is a muscle. By the way opening the capsule did work fast. I wonder how much magnesium a person can take in one day??? I took the Potassium last night instead of Mag. because Sat night I had taken the opened capsule about 3 am.it seemed that another one could be too much. sharon I do still feel a twinge of the muscles spasm does not hurt though.Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Guest guest
This is the amount Dr. Blaylock tells people to take in the aspartame detox formula. www.wnho.net/wtdaspartame.htm Since headache is #1 on the FDA list of 92 symptoms so many suffer headaches and when they start taking the magnesium they do say they get quick relief. A lot of people are depleted in magnesium but everyone should take it because it protects the heart and brain from excitotoxins which are in so many foods and many times not known such as hidden in artificially and natural flavors. Aspartame causes sudden death and in Dr. Blaylock's athlete alert he mentions that when they run they deplete magnesium. Hope you get well soon.
