Guest guest
I take Plant Enzymes Fish oil or cod liver oil. Coq10 400mg. Progesterone 50 Magnesium 500mg Gymnema or another sugar buster Gourdin Holy Tea Ninxja Red from Young Living Essential oils sometimes Daily Detoxification pill Aloe pill I am going to make some of the Kimchi. since it lasts so long in the refrig, I will make a large batch. For awhile I had a faulty Liver function test, and kept up coming faulty. I bought the Plant Enzymes but did not take them consistently, and the numbers went from 91 high to 47. Then seeing what they had done, I took them correctly and the next visit was down to 36. that was about 2 years ago. Not long ago I reminded the Doctor of this, and he guaranteed me the Plant Enzymes did not do it. I can guarantee you they did. For one thing I had the problem for 3 yrs. There was nothing else that I had done, and had not lost the weight he told me to even gained 15 lbs. doctors hate to admit anything could heal but a pill. sharon The same doctor had given me Atenolol for blood pressure. I bought a couple of machines on for the wrist and the other for the arm and consistently took the blood pressure. When he gave me the pills I first cut them in half and it seemed to work fine. I just took the pressure and it is 116/85/79. I do not take any medicine now. I use Ninxja Red, and if I needed it I would use 1/4 of the little Atenolol. Another good thing is Celery juice. I do know that salt is not good for me, but all I need to do is just not eat a pile of potato chips or something equivalent. sharon One other thing once I began taking the Magnesium my neck freed up as I had been going to the Chiropractor for many years, and now do not go any longer. I just know there is a way to handle things without drugs. I do not even take an aspirin. Sugar would be my drug, and I have had a diabetes scare and am now fairly well off the sug. Just special occasions like my grand daughter bringing me rocky road from the fair. I do like hearing different ideas.Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget?
